Good to know
For which event types do you supply technology in Frankfurt?
We support conferences, meetings and congresses as well as roadshows, summer parties and Christmas parties — plus product presentations, galas, anniversaries and general meetings. For every format we bring the right technology setup.
Do you only do technology or also the organisation?
We take full responsibility for the technical part. For complete event organisation we work closely with our event agency — on request you get both from one source.
Can you support multiple locations of a roadshow?
Yes. For roadshows we plan a mobile, reproducible setup that delivers the same quality at every location — including setup and teardown logistics.
Is open-air technology for summer parties weatherproof?
Yes. For open-air events we use weatherproof systems and take power, noise protection and on-site approvals into account.
How do I know whether my format needs full service?
By two questions: does the event have a running schedule with fixed points — speeches, awards, a show, video inserts? And would a technical failure be more than an annoyance? If you answer yes to both, someone belongs at the desk. For a summer party, workshop or departmental celebration, dry hire is usually the smarter choice.
Is the equipment for dry hire the same as for full service?
Yes. It is the same warehouse and the same equipment that goes on stage at galas and conferences. The difference is not the quality, it is who transports, sets up and operates it.
Can we combine the two?
Yes, and it happens more often than you would think: we deliver and set up the core equipment, your team covers side areas like the foyer, bar or breakout rooms with kit you collect yourselves. Tell us what you want to handle yourself, then we plan the rest around it.
