Which kit does your format need?
Furnishings and site kit tend to get noticed only when they are missing: a cable across a guest walkway, no lectern for the welcome, no guidance at the entrance. This table shows what each format usually calls for — and what comes from our own stock.

Two ways, one warehouse
With crew or collect it yourself
Furnishings are the classic dry hire case: any team can put out cable ramps, stands and barriers themselves. As soon as rigging, structural loads or escape routes are involved, we take over.
We deliver, set up and collect
Right when the furnishings are part of a technical build or furniture comes in via partners — then everything is standing at the same time on event day.

From the field
From the formal ceremony to the signage
For the 40th anniversary of a renowned Frankfurt museum we supplied more than technology: furnishings and site kit, the concept and live direction on the night. The building set limits that could not be moved — walkways, display cases and escape routes were fixed, and guests moved through several areas over the course of the evening.
That is why the kit was anything but a footnote here. Barriers and guidance systems moved guests from the reception to the ceremony, cable ramps took the risk out of every crossing, and we thought through the wording of the signage rather than just putting it up. All from one team — one contact for technology, furnishings and the run of show, with no need to broker between three trades in the middle of the programme.

What equipment do you bring from your own stock?
From our own stock we bring flip charts, whiteboards and facilitation material, barrier systems (stanchions), FOH covers, cable bridges and safety equipment such as fire extinguishers and emergency lighting — available immediately from our warehouse in the Rhine-Main region.
What are stanchions (tensa barriers)?
Stanchions are barrier posts with a retractable belt. They guide visitor flows, secure areas and ensure orderly guest guidance at the entrance or in front of the stage.
Do you also supply furniture?
Yes. We supply furniture and furnishings such as chairs, tables, lounge and bar furniture via our partner network — matched to technology and venue and coordinated through one point of contact.
Do you also handle safety requirements?
We bring common safety equipment and account for escape and rescue routes, cable protection and ballasting. We coordinate official requirements with you in advance.
Can I rent event furnishings without booking technology?
Yes. Cable ramps, stands, barrier systems, FOH surrounds and safety equipment are also available individually as dry hire — reserve, collect in Offenbach, set up yourself. Watch the transport dimensions: cable ramps and barriers need more load space than you'd think.
Do you provide furniture too?
Furniture runs through our partners, so we can supply the choice and the quantities without running a second warehouse for it. For you it stays one quote and one contact — we coordinate delivery and set-up with the technical build.
Do we need cable ramps?
As soon as a cable crosses a guest route or escape route: yes. That's not a comfort issue, it's a condition for sign-off by the venue. We plan the routes with you and bring the right number of ramps.
Do you handle barriers and wayfinding?
Yes. Barrier systems, stands and signage are part of our stock. For anniversaries and museum events we've also worked on the content of the signage — from the ceremony to the wayfinding system.
How short notice can furnishings be?
Whatever's in the warehouse is usually available at short notice. For large quantities of barriers or cable ramps an early enquiry pays off, because these items are quickly all out on weekends.
How much load space do cable ramps and barriers need?
Considerably more than sound equipment does. Cable ramps are heavy and bulky, and a set of barrier posts easily fills half an estate car. If you are collecting yourself, we give you dimensions and weights per item in advance — and we will say openly when delivery makes more sense than two trips.
What are molton drapes and an FOH surround for?
Both make the setup disappear. Molton hides edges, storage and everything behind the stage; the FOH surround frames the control position so that the console, cases and cables are not sitting in the middle of the guest area. In photos, that is the difference between an event and a technical setup.
