On the event day a well-rehearsed team takes care of everything — from the sound check to the last item on the programme. Rooms we know
Every venue has its own rules — delivery, ceiling height, circuits, in-house technology. From the warehouse in Offenbach it is a short trip to Frankfurt's conference venues, and we talk to the in-house technicians beforehand.
Congress centres & conference venues
Kap Europa, the exhibition grounds and comparable venues have fixed time slots for delivery and set-up. We plan the set-up into that window instead of against it.
Hotels & conference rooms
Many hotels provide their own equipment. We check in advance what is usable and only add what is missing — instead of building a second system next to it.
Event spaces & industrial venues
The Maindock and similar spaces bring atmosphere but little infrastructure. There we plan power, cable runs and sound reinforcement from scratch — including measures against reverberation.

What does event technology for a conference in Frankfurt cost?
The price depends on the number of participants, hall size, number of rooms, media and interpreting requirements and on-site support. A one-day symposium is significantly cheaper than a multi-day congress with several stages. You'll receive a transparent fixed-price quote.
Can you broadcast our conference in a hybrid format?
Yes. We connect conference and stream technology, so that external participants receive picture and sound in high quality and can take an active part — including recording.
Do you also provide the staff for support?
Yes. On request, experienced technicians look after your conference on site — from build-up through the sound check to teardown. Rental-only solutions are also possible.
Do you work in our preferred venue in Frankfurt?
Yes. We're at home in many Frankfurt conference houses and event venues and tune the technology to the conditions on site. We also fully equip venues without permanent in-house technology.
Which venues in Frankfurt do you know for conferences?
We work regularly in congress centres, hotels and event spaces across the Rhine-Main region — from Kap Europa and the exhibition grounds to industrial venues like the Maindock. From the warehouse in Offenbach those are short trips. Where a venue provides its own in-house technology, we clarify in advance what gets used and what gets added.
How many technicians are on site at a conference?
For small formats one person sets up and stays on call. From around 150 guests with a stage programme we staff sound and vision separately, and for hybrid conferences the streaming gallery is added. How many people are needed is listed as its own item in the quote.
Can we collect equipment for a workshop ourselves?
Yes. Projector, screen, display and column PA with a wireless system are available as dry hire at a daily rate: reserve, collect in Offenbach, set up yourself. For conferences with a stage programme we recommend full service, because several sources and speakers change live there.
How early should we enquire about the equipment?
For conferences with a stage and several rooms, four to six weeks' lead time is comfortable — that leaves room to coordinate venue, in-house technicians and crew without pressure. Shorter notice often still works: send an enquiry and we will tell you honestly what is still possible.
