Summer parties are the classic dry hire case: the build is manageable, there's time, and small mistakes can be fixed before the evening.

Is the equipment weatherproof?
Yes. For open-air events we use weatherproof systems and plan roofing and protection for sensitive equipment. That keeps your summer party safe even in the rain.
Can you provide power for off-grid venues?
Yes. We plan the complete power supply including distribution and — where needed — quiet generators, so that gardens and areas without a fixed connection are powered too.
Do you account for noise protection and regulations?
Yes. We know the typical Frankfurt regulations on noise protection and safety, set levels accordingly and support the on-site approval.
Where can you hold a summer party in Frankfurt?

Can we collect the equipment for a summer party ourselves?
Yes, and for summer parties we recommend it explicitly if your team has set up before. Column PA, wireless systems and battery lighting are available as dry hire at a daily rate — collection on Fridays in Offenbach, return on Mondays. From stage, band or power distribution upwards, we handle the build ourselves.
How do we avoid trouble with the neighbours?
Through aiming rather than volume: speakers point at the guest area, not at windows, and stand as close to the listeners as possible. Add a realistic level and a time from which the music gets quieter. Before you collect, we'll tell you how to position the speakers in the courtyard.
What happens if it rains?
For open air we plan weatherproof systems and, where necessary, roofing for the stage and sensitive equipment. With dry hire the rule is: the gear has to stay dry — tell us in advance whether there's a marquee or a covered area, and we'll pick suitable equipment.
