Division of labour
What we take on and what stays with the house
A partnership only works when the boundary is clear. Otherwise both things fall through the cracks on the event day: the coffee machine and the wireless microphone.
Technology sits with us
Sound, light, media, conference technology and live streaming — planning, provision, build, operation and de-rig. Plus advising the organisers beforehand, if you want to hand that over.
Operations stay with the house
Letting, catering, seating, access, keys and everything to do with the building. We work inside your process, not alongside it.
Coordination runs jointly
Who enters the room when, which delivery slot works and what a build means for ongoing operations. Agreed once, it applies to every event.
Taking over
When there is already equipment in the house
The most common case is not the empty venue but the half-equipped one. That is not an obstacle — it only changes the starting point.
It starts with an inventory: what is there, what works, what actually gets used and what has been sitting in storage for two years? In our experience part of the existing equipment is good and stays in service, part is too small for today's demand, and part was never the right choice for the room. We tell you that openly, even when it means we supply less.
If another provider is already in place, the handover runs in parallel: the events already booked run as planned, we attend one of them and take over from the agreed date. No break mid-season, and no event where nobody knows who is responsible.
What ends up documented for the house is an agreed standard setup: the configuration that covers most enquiries at your venue, with documented positions, connections and cable runs. Anything beyond that is added per project.

Good to know
Do you also advise our organisers?
On request, yes. The technical question — is the system enough for 200 guests, will the screen work on that wall, can the stream come out of this room — we answer directly instead of it travelling via two stations. You decide whether we are visible or answer under your name.
What happens when two events fall on the same day?
That is the norm in well-booked venues and the reason a documented standard setup is worth so much. Whatever can stay in the building stays there; whatever changes per event is planned with buffer between the builds. The critical resource is not the equipment but the time slots — which is why the schedule is agreed in advance.
Do you appear to our clients as a separate company?
However you prefer. On request we work discreetly in the background under your name, so you remain the contact for your clients. We are equally happy to appear openly as the technology partner — both happen.
Can we book you for individual events only?
Yes. The partnership is not exclusive — many venues start with a single event and decide afterwards. The difference is not the price of one event, but that with a partnership the setup, the routes and the contacts are already settled.
What does an in-house technology partnership include?
As a dedicated technology partner, we know your venue, its connections, acoustics and particulars in detail. That shortens build times, avoids surprises and gives you predictable response times. We keep a coordinated standard setup on file and add to it per project.
We already have our own equipment — is it still worth it?
Yes. Many venues have basic equipment but reach their limits at larger events. We flexibly add sound, light, media and staff — so you can confidently accept every enquiry while our friendly team has your back.
How quickly are you on site for short-notice requests?
With our own warehouse in the Rhine-Main region and a dedicated team, we respond at short notice. As a partner venue, you benefit from prioritised, pre-agreed response times.
