Conferences thrive on clear communication and smooth processes. We supply conference technology in Frankfurt: discussion systems, voting systems, interpreting technology and meeting audio — reliably looked after by experienced technicians.
Both ways, one warehouse: conference technology with on-site support — or wireless systems and gallery kit ready to plug in for collection.
So that discussions, votes and multilingual contributions work cleanly, we plan the complete conference technology as one coordinated whole. From the delegate microphone to the interpreting booth to digital voting, you keep the overview at all times — we keep the technology behind it.
The most demanding case is the annual general meeting in Frankfurt: voting, speaker management and minutes all interlock there.

Complete conference technology for conferences, congresses and assemblies of any size.
Delegate and chairperson microphones with clear, feedback-free speech.
Interpreting booths, consoles and receivers for multilingual conferences.
Digital voting and live evaluation for assemblies and elections.
Speech-intelligible sound for plenary and breakout rooms.
Projectors, displays and slide playback for talks.
Integration of external participants via video and audio.
Sennheiser, Shure, Catchbox and LD Systems for speech; Owl Labs and Blackmagic for hybrid meetings.
At conferences it's not the level that decides, but whether every speaker request is heard — including the one from row 14 and the one from the person joining online. Our stock covers these four formats.
One table, everyone can hear each other. The main job is to include remote participants as equals.
Stage and audience separate. Now you need wireless mic systems and visible time management.
Audience questions become the bottleneck. A throwable mic instead of a queue at the floor mic.
Formal proceedings, minutes and often several languages. Here reliability counts more than effect.
Conference technology that sits ready in its case in Offenbach — with a daily rate from the rental shop. We plan interpreting and voting systems per project, because booths, channels and receiver numbers belong together.

Four receivers plus handheld and bodypack transmitters in a case — coordinated frequencies for panels and award shows.

Throwable microphone including wireless channel — audience questions without a queue at the floor mic.

Speaking time visible on stage and in the gallery — programmes that stay on schedule.

We tune every setup to the room acoustics, number of guests and running order — whether in the conference hall, at the event venue or out in the open in Frankfurt.

Learn more →For meetings and small workshops dry hire is often the right choice. As soon as speaker lists, interpreting or a tightly timed schedule come into play, you need support on site.
Right as soon as the programme runs to a schedule, there are many speaker requests, interpreting is involved or the meeting goes on the record.
Right for meetings, workshops and training sessions: wireless mic system, projector, display or conference camera ready to plug in, in the case.
At an AI conference at Maindock Frankfurt three panels ran in parallel in a single room. The brief: each panel had to be intelligible in its own area without drowning out its neighbours — and every speaker request from the audience had to come across reliably.
Solved with tightly directed sound reinforcement per zone, coordinated radio frequencies across all channels and acoustic adjustments on site when the seating changed. Feedback from one of the speakers: “Especially when all three different panels are held in one room. […] The media technology was really absolutely first class.”
