How do we join the ceremony and the celebration without a changeover break?
By planning both in one setup from the start: stage and lighting for the speeches, plus a lighting mood and music playback that simply takes over after the ceremony. No changeover, no break — the evening glides from the official part into the social one.
Can we stream the anniversary to other sites and alumni?
Yes. We produce the ceremony with cameras and a gallery and stream it to other sites or alumni — with a recording for internal communications afterwards if you want.
