Some clients want a technical crew that carries the evening. Others pick up two column speakers and a wireless system on Friday lunchtime. We serve both from the same stock in Offenbach — and we tell you straight which way suits your event.

Do you support event venues as a dedicated technology partner?
Yes, that's our core business. We take on the in-house technology for venues in the Rhine-Main region — with dedicated contacts, coordinated setups and predictable response times, so you don't have to keep your own equipment.
Do you plan complete corporate events and award shows?
Yes. From the first idea through technical planning to direction on the event day, we deliver sound, light, media and stage from one source — including show flow and on-site support.
In which area do you operate?
Our focus is Frankfurt am Main and the Rhine-Main region. On request, we work for you throughout Germany.
How quickly do I get a quote?
After your enquiry we get back to you promptly with a transparent fixed-price quote. The more key details — venue, number of guests, date — you give us, the faster it goes.
Can I rent event technology without a technician?
Yes. Through our rental shop you reserve equipment as dry hire and collect it in Offenbach ready to plug in, in a case — speakers, wireless systems, lighting, projectors and displays with a daily rate. For events with a tightly timed schedule, many wireless systems or rigging we recommend full service.
What is the difference between full service and dry hire?
With full service we plan, set up, calibrate and look after your event on site — you take care of the content. With dry hire you rent the same equipment from the same warehouse, collect it yourself and set it up yourself. The price difference is essentially crew and logistics.
Do you own your equipment or do you hire it in?
We have our own warehouse in Offenbach am Main. Sound, lighting, media, conference and streaming technology come from our own stock — that makes dates plannable and short-notice changes possible. For special items and furniture we work with partners.
Are you a specialist dealer for event technology as well?
Yes. We are a specialist dealer for ADJ, Steinigke Showtechnic and the Adam Hall Group including LD Systems, Cameo, Gravity, Palmer and Defender. That means we get replacements and add-ons straight from the factory — and we advise you even if you want to buy equipment rather than rent it.
What does event technology cost in Frankfurt?
That depends on the trades, the amount of equipment, the rental period and the crew. A column PA with a wireless system on dry hire is in the low three-figure range per day, an award show with stage, lighting, LED and crew well above that. You always get a fixed-price quote with a specific equipment list.
How short notice can you provide equipment?
Whatever is in our own warehouse often works at short notice — standard sets on dry hire sometimes as soon as the next day. For weekends in peak season it pays to enquire early, because PA sets and wireless system packages are the first to go.
