How we organise your roadshow
A good roadshow is above all logistics. We develop a setup that fits into fixed cases, is quick to build and achieves the same effect at every location. Every position — from the loudspeaker to the LED tile — is documented, so the crew on site can work without friction. From Frankfurt we coordinate transport, time slots and contacts at every stop.
Because the same crew travels along, the routine grows with every stop: build times drop, processes are dialled in, quality stays constant. That way your event technology becomes the reliable backbone of the tour — and you can focus on content and guests.

On a roadshow every location is different and the result has to be the same. That's why we plan the setup around the smallest room on the tour.
Hotels & conference rooms
The most common tour venue: limited ceiling height, existing in-house technology, tight time slots. Our case setup is designed to be standing in two hours.
Showrooms & car dealerships
Lots of glass, lots of daylight — projection usually fails here. We plan displays or LED and directional sound for the presentation area.
Industrial locations & factories
Reverberation and little power. We bring our own distribution and aim the sound reinforcement so that speech stays intelligible.

What does roadshow technology from Frankfurt cost?
The costs depend on the number of stops, setup size, crew and transport effort. Because the same setup is used multiple times, the technology can be costed very economically across the tour. You'll receive a transparent quote per stop or for the entire tour.
Does your crew travel to all locations?
Yes. On request, the same technical crew accompanies the entire roadshow. That keeps build-up, flow and quality constant at every stop. Alternatively, we brief local teams according to our documented setup.
How quickly is the setup built and torn down?
Our roadshow setups are designed for short build and teardown times. Thanks to modular technology in tour cases and fixed position plans, many setups are stage-ready within a few hours.
Do you also cover stops outside Frankfurt?
Yes. Frankfurt is our base; from here we support tours nationwide and across the DACH region — including transport and logistics planning.
How do you make sure every stop looks the same?
By fixing the screen, sound reinforcement, microphones and lighting once for the whole tour — based on the smallest room on the tour. On top of that comes a case concept with packing list and a fixed setup order, so the build runs the same way everywhere.
Can we build the setup with our own crew?
Yes. We hand the tour setup over as dry hire: everything in cases, with packing list, setup order and the right cables and adapters. During the tour we're reachable by phone. If you'd rather have technical support travelling with you, we'll come along to every stop.
What happens if a unit fails on the road?
The tour case holds spare units for the critical positions — wireless system, playback, cables. If that isn't enough, we resupply from the warehouse in Offenbach. A single unit failing must not cost you a stop.
How long does the build take per venue?
Our case setup for hotels and conference rooms is standing in about two hours, including a test of every source feed. For larger spaces with a stage or LED we allow more time — we fix that per venue in advance so the costs stay predictable.
