If the back row understands every word, the sound was good. We supply sound, microphones and monitoring for conferences, galas and open-air events in Frankfurt — including setup and on-site support.
Both ways, one warehouse: set up and calibrated by a technician — or ready to plug in, in a case, to collect yourself in Offenbach.
The most common complaint at events isn't the programme, but that people can't understand the stage. That's why we plan sound in Frankfurt from the room outwards: we calculate coverage and levels, choose suitable loudspeakers and calibrate the system on site — for clean, even speech intelligibility without feedback.

From the handheld mic to line-array sound — all from our own stock and perfectly matched.
Scalable sound systems for 20 to several thousand guests, indoors and out.
Handheld, headset and lavalier microphones with professional frequency coordination.
Multi-channel consoles for conferences, bands and complex playbacks.
In-ear and stage monitors so speakers and acts can hear themselves clearly.
Discussion and delegate systems for meetings and assemblies.
Complete backline and DJ setup for summer parties and company celebrations.
Our sound reinforcement and microphones run on LD Systems, Sennheiser, Shure, Allen & Heath, Bose and Pioneer DJ — from our own warehouse in Offenbach.
Wattage figures say little about whether the back row can follow. What matters is room size, the distance to the back row, ceiling height and whether speech or music is in the foreground. Our stock covers these four variables — and that is the logic we use when advising you on the phone.
One column speaker at the front is enough. No cables in the guest area, no mixing desk in the way.
The most common case in Frankfurt. Column PA left and right, speech clear all the way to the back.
Music carries part of the evening. Now you need subwoofers, monitoring and a hand on the desk.
Coverage becomes a calculation — including regulations and weather.
Two identical systems sound completely different in two Frankfurt halls. What makes the difference happens in the hour before doors open — and at the console while the programme runs.
We tune the system to the room and pull down the frequencies the hall itself boosts. In reverberant foyers and atriums this decides whether speech is intelligible — or whether all that arrives is more volume.
Anyone on stage needs to hear themselves. A panel usually needs one quiet wedge; a band needs an individual mix per person — in-ear or wedge, each with its own send from the console.
For a timed programme we prepare scenes per agenda item: the microphones currently in use are open, everything else is closed. That is the difference between sound that simply sits and sound that has to be chased every time.
Many microphone positions, short exchanges, and a feedback risk on every open channel. For this we use automatic mixing and defined speaking zones instead of one open room microphone.
For talks, what counts is not level but intelligibility. Speakers closer to the audience, shorter distances and less energy in the room achieve more than a bigger system.
Spare wireless channels, a second handheld and a wired microphone at the console are standard. Failures are rare — but when they happen, it is during the welcome address.

We tune every setup to the room acoustics, number of guests and running order — whether in the conference hall, at the event venue or out in the open in Frankfurt.
For venues looking to hand over technology permanently we offer our in-house technology service for venues.

The right choice when speakers change over, the programme is tightly timed or the venue imposes requirements. You take care of the content, not the feedback.
The right choice when someone on your team has run a desk before and the setup stays manageable. Everything comes in a case, wired and labelled.
Picking up individual items yourself: speakers, wireless microphones and consoles are listed with a daily rate under PA system rental in Frankfurt.
For an AI conference at the Maindock Frankfurt, three stages ran in parallel — part of that as three panels in a single room. The job was less about level than separation: every stage had to be intelligible in its own area without overriding the stage next door. Solved with tightly directed sound reinforcement per zone, coordinated radio frequencies for all channels and short-notice acoustic adjustments on site when the seating changed.
Sound, lighting, media technology, media production and show flow came from a single source — so nobody had to mediate when things had to move fast. The speaker’s feedback: “The media technology really was absolutely first class.”
Tell us the occasion, venue and guest numbers — we come back with a well-thought-out concept and a transparent fixed price. Or you build your own kit and collect it in Offenbach.
