Schedule

How a project runs with us

The work happens before the build day. Whatever is settled in advance does not have to be improvised during the event.

  1. First conversation:Occasion, venue, number of guests, running order. Ten minutes on the phone is usually enough to define the scope.
  2. Site visit:For anything beyond a standard setup: ceiling height, wall colour, power situation, existing hanging points and what the venue's own equipment can already do.
  3. Quote:A fixed price with a specific equipment list and crew hours. No line items billed "as incurred".
  4. Build:The day before or in the morning, depending on venue and scope. Sound check, picture test and lighting states before doors open.
  5. Operation:An engineer at the console for as long as the programme runs. For timed running orders, with scenes per agenda item.
  6. De-rig:After the final agenda item, within the window agreed with the venue.
How to choose

Which discipline do you actually need?

The most common question in a first conversation. These four cases usually cover it.

Talk

Someone is speaking

Intelligibility first, the picture second.

  • PA and one or two wireless channels
  • Projection or a screen for the slides
  • Front light so faces stay readable
Programme

There is a running order

As soon as items follow one another, direction comes into play.

  • Several sources with vision mixing
  • Lighting states per agenda item
  • Someone at the console during the event
Stage

Something gets built

Decks, truss and hanging points belong in one plan.

  • Stage and deck height set by sightlines
  • Truss for lighting and picture surface
  • Load calculation as part of the planning
Audience online

It is being broadcast

The stream places its own demands on sound and light.

  • Multi-camera production with direction
  • Room sound separated from stream sound
  • Flicker-free light at a consistent colour temperature
Service area

Where we work

Our focus is the Rhine-Main region: Frankfurt, Offenbach, Wiesbaden, Mainz, Darmstadt, Hanau and Bad Homburg are all short runs from the warehouse in Offenbach. Beyond that we work throughout the German-speaking region — including Austria and Switzerland where the scope justifies it. What that means for travel and build time is in the quote, not a surprise on the event day.

Two ways, one warehouse

Collect it yourself instead of having it operated?

If the setup stays manageable and your team builds it, the same equipment is available as dry hire at a daily rate — the terms and the price scale are under Rent & prices.

Frequently asked questions

Good to know

Do you also take on just one discipline?
Yes. If light and video are already covered and only the sound is missing, we do the sound. The advantage of one source lies in the coordination — but it is not a condition.
Do you work with the venue's in-house equipment?
Yes, and usually that is the cheaper route. Whatever is in the building and works, we use; what is missing, we add. During the site visit we establish what the in-house equipment can do.
How early should I enquire?
One to two weeks is enough for a standard setup. As soon as staging, rigging, LED surfaces or several disciplines come together, more lead time helps — not because of the equipment, but because of the site visit and coordination with the venue.
Do I get a fixed price or a bill based on hours?
A fixed price with a specific equipment list and crew hours. We do not use line items billed "as incurred" — otherwise the quote would be no basis for a decision.
Who is on site on the event day?
The person who did the planning, or someone from the team who knows the plan. You will not get an unfamiliar crew seeing the concept for the first time.
