How renting works
Between your reservation and our confirmation, we take a look at what you have put together. That step is deliberate: it stops you turning up with a system that is too small or without the right cable.
- Choose:Put together what you need in the rental shop. Daily rates are shown on every item, and the minimum order value is €50 net.
- Confirmation:We check availability for your date and review the selection. You receive the confirmation with your collection window and the invoice.
- Collect:Ludwigstraße 180D in Offenbach, within the agreed collection window. Please bring photo ID — everything is charged, labelled and packed in the case.
- Return:Return on the agreed day. We check it, recharge it and put it back into stock.

The same details apply in the rental shop. What is written here is what the warehouse delivers.

Price scale
What several rental days cost
The second day does not cost double. The daily rate is multiplied by a factor that rises more slowly the longer you rent — from the seventh day only by 0.25 per day.

Collect it yourself or with a crew?
Both come from the same warehouse. The difference is who builds it and who sits at the console during the event.
You collect and build it yourself
The right route when the setup stays manageable and someone on your team has run a console before. Everything arrives ready to plug in, wired and labelled in a case.
We build, operate and de-rig
The right route as soon as speakers change, the programme is timed or anything is flown. You look after content, not feedback.

Good to know
How much does the equipment cost for several days?
The daily rate is multiplied by a factor: two days make 1.5, three days 2, five days 3. From the seventh day the factor rises by only 0.25 per day, reaching 4.5 at ten days. The full scale is further up this page.
Is a deposit required?
No. We do not charge a deposit. We need photo ID when you collect, and for dry hire the invoice is paid in full before collection.
Do I have to insure the equipment myself?
Yes. During the rental period the equipment is your responsibility and must be insured by you. Event liability insurance usually covers this — check your policy before reserving if you are unsure.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, €50 net in the rental shop. Below that, the effort for preparation, testing and return is out of proportion. A single wired microphone is not enough; a small set is.
Do you also rent to private individuals?
Yes. We rent to companies and to private individuals — same prices, same terms.
How can I pay?
By invoice, paid in full before collection for dry hire. PayPal and credit card are also available.
How late can I reserve?
At least one working day before the rental day. For a Saturday collection the order has to be completed beforehand, meaning confirmed and paid.
Do you deliver to Frankfurt as well?
Yes, on request we deliver to Frankfurt and the Rhine-Main region. We quote delivery and setup individually based on address, time window and scope — tell us both and the price is in the quote.
